What's the Difference between Aluminum and Titanium LIMBOs?
Ti is a fantastic material, scratch-resistant and super strong. Since it’s stronger, we could make Ti LIMBO thinner with a heavier bottom part, to improve its balance. The shape is a bit different so the keychain we made doesn’t fit. If we get enough backers for Ti LIMBO we will make a keychain for it as well.

What Are The Batteries That Come With Each Kit and What Are Their Specs?
There are 2 different batteries -
The first is the standard, a LiPo 55 mHA rechargeable battery, that is charged within 30 minutes, and it lasts for 4+ hours of spin. This battery is used for all the LIMBO models, except for LIMBO WR.
In LIMBO WR, we used a much more powerful battery, that can last to +40 hours of spin. We wanted to fit it in the same casing, so we couldn’t make it rechargeable, hence it is disposable.
The WR kit comes with 4 of these disposable batteries, and the standard mechanism, so it can be used in both ways.

Which LIMBOs Come With a Keychain?
All Aluminium models come with the LIMBO keychain. The Ti version is in a slightly different shape and we didn’t make a mold for it yet, we are hoping that there will be enough demand that will enable us to make a keychain for it as well.

What’s The Difference Between Standard LIMBO and LIMBO WR?
LIMBO WR comes in the Titanium version only and spins for 40+ hours(!). It spins clockwise only (we might change it to work for both sides), and its long-lasting battery is disposable and cannot be charged. The kit includes 4 batteries and you will be able to add more after the campaign.
Standard LIMBO comes in Aluminum or Titanium. It spins for 4+ hours, and includes a PID algorithm. It spins both ways, and is quickly charged (~30 minutes) using a USB cable.
Note - Standard LIMBO’s mechanism fits LIMBO WR as well, and both are included in the LIMBO WR kit. This means you can spin it by day and break records by night.

MICRO USB VS. USB C
Our current design is using micro USB. We are getting lots of requests for changing is to a USB C type. We are looking into that matter and we will update once we know if we can change it.
Either way, the ONLY advantage of USB C over the Micro it that you can plug it both ways. Keep in mind that we will provide a cable with each top.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
